About Us

Neurological Associates, Inc. was founded in 1969 by Dr. Laurie Rennie and Dr. Austin B. Harrelson. Since then, the practice has grown to include 16 neurologists and 1 nurse practitioner.

We have offices conveniently located in Hanover, Henrico and Chesterfield counties and service six hospitals in the Richmond area, including:

• St. Mary's Hospital
• Memorial Regional Medical Center
• Henrico Doctors - Forest Campus
• Henrico Doctors - Parham Campus
• Johnston-Willis Hospital
• Chippenham Hospital

In addition to providing general neurologic care, we have specialists who treat seizures, neuromuscular diseases, sleep disorders, neuropathy, and neuro-ophthalmology.

We offer a full-range of neuro-diagnostic tests including:
